MARY COSTNER DALLAS-Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Friday Costner, 81, died Friday at 8 p.m. at her Dallas R-1 home. She is survived by one son, Pete Costner of Dallas 4-1; and one daughter, Miss Boots Costner, also of Dallas R-1 Funeral services Sunday at 3 p.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church will be conducted by the pastor, the Rev. Donald L. Safrit, and a former pastor, the Rev. Leo Smith of Hickory. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The body was to be taken to the home today at 5 p.m. Drum Funeral Home, Lincolnton, has charge of arrangements. Gastonia Gazette p 2 12 NOV 1965
